Show up on time, every time. Answer emails properly and quickly. Know your music, your rigging specs, and your measurements without being chased for them. Be easy to schedule, easy to work with, and calm when plans change. Say thank you.

None of this is glamorous. All of it gets noticed.

Directors and producers talk to each other. When they're casting, the conversation isn't only about who has the best act. It's about who delivered last time without drama. Who made their job easier. Who they'd happily share a six-month contract with.

The reputation you build offstage travels further than your showreel. And unlike your hardest skill, it never gets injured, never has an off day, and never stops working for you.
