Free Shipping Thresholds
United States – Free shipping on orders over $59.99 USD (5–7 business days after dispatch)
Canada - Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (3–7 business days after dispatch)
United Kingdom – Free shipping on orders over £69 GBP (5–10 business days after dispatch)
Europe – Free shipping on orders over €69 EUR (5–10 business days after dispatch)
Australia – Free shipping on orders over $117 AUD (5–10 business days after dispatch)
Orders below these thresholds will have shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
United States Shipping
We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carrier partners including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Delivery time after dispatch is typically 5–7 business days for the mainland United States.
International Shipping
AcroGrip ships internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
International shipments are delivered via FedEx and their regional delivery partners.
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated and collected during checkout so your order will not require payment upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery windows after dispatch are:

- Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Do I have to pay duties or import taxes?
No additional duties or import taxes will be due upon delivery. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
My tracking has stopped updating.
Tracking updates may occasionally pause while your parcel is clearing customs or transferring between carriers. This is normal for international shipments and updates typically resume once the parcel enters the local delivery network.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly including full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, postal code, and phone number for international deliveries. If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Delivered packages
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier before contacting support.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.
