Training When Motivation Is Average
Training When Motivation Is Average
Not every training session feels inspiring.
Some days you feel focused and energized. Other days you simply show up because it’s part of your routine.
Those average days matter more than most people realize.
Motivation is unpredictable, but consistency creates stability. Training when you feel amazing builds confidence. Training when you feel neutral builds professionalism.
You don’t need every session to be exceptional. You only need it to move you slightly forward.
Over time, those steady sessions become the foundation that allows peak performances to exist.
🎯 Weekly Challenge:
During one “average” training session this week, focus only on showing up fully present rather than chasing a big result.
P.S. Some of my most satisfying training days weren’t exciting at all. I showed up tired, did the work, and left knowing I could rely on myself even when motivation didn’t show up.
